Andrew Welch, our Principal, brings a broad and diverse background in real estate investment and management, with expertise in commercial, multifamily, and senior housing sectors. Holding both a law degree and masters in business from the University of San Diego, Andrew leverages his legal and business experience to lead TAM with strategic insight and a comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape. With years of experience successfully managing and growing real estate portfolios, his leadership is focused on driving long-term profitability and ensuring that every investment is managed with the utmost expertise and care.​

Outside of the office, Andrew is an avid equestrian and tennis player.  He also enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his partner and their dogs.
